Delivering Innovative Solutions
for Today’s Housing Challenges

Out of Reach in 2014

Welcome to our Kim Wilson Housing library. This library collection contains research studies, reports and books related to housing vulnerable populations. Come back often as we update the collection on a regular basis.

Each year, "Out of Reach" demonstrates that large numbers of low income renters cannot afford the cost of living in the cities and towns where they work.

In the United States, the 2014 two-bedroom housing wage was $18.92 per hour. This national average was more than two-and-a-half times the federal minimum wage, and 52 percent higher than it was in 2000.
